Job Description:

Don’t apply before reading full details and if you can receive calls after applying…TIME IS PRECIOUS AT BOTH END …We are looking for a reliable and active Office Assistant cum Delivery & Service Support Staff to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Kolkata’s local areas and public transport system, and be able to assist in basic office work, delivery of goods, sample collection, and customer service support when needed.

• Deliver and collect products, samples, and documents across Kolkata.

• Support customer service visits as needed.

• Maintain basic cleanliness and organization at the office/store.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team.

• Keep track of local deliveries and ensure timely completion.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or above.

• Age: 20–45 years.

• Must have basic reading and writing skills

• Familiar with major areas of Kolkata and its public transport system.

• Must have a smartphone and basic WhatsApp knowledge.

• Preferably should have a bicycle/scooter (not mandatory, but a plus).

Required Traits:

• Punctual and responsible

• Trustworthy and presentable

• Physically fit and active

• Willing to work flexible timings when needed

Timings:

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with flexibility depending on fieldwork)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
