Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, and related documents
  • Handle tender documentation, upload, and submissions on

    GeM portal

  • Perform general office administrative duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    1–2 years of relevant experience

    in office documentation or tender management
  • Good command over English

    (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, Word, and Email correspondence

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
