Job Description

As a Receptionist at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and professional experience for our visitors and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude - Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and timely manner - Managing the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment - Maintaining visitor logs and managing appointment schedules - Handling basic administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and courier management - Coordinating with internal departments for smooth office operations - Assisting in organizing meetings and office events To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a front office or receptionist role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi - Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance - Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude - Basic knowledge of MS Office and handling office equipment like printers and phones This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. If you have 1 year of experience in Help desk and proficiency in English, it would be preferred. Working location will be in person at sector 136.,
