Post: Customer Relationship Manager

Experience: 8-10 years
Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining cordial relations with existing customers.
2. Cold calling for orders and other matters.
3. Analysis of sales data.
4. Ensuring communication of various schemes, price changes and other matters to all customers from time-to-time.
5. Overall coordination of sales and dispatch staff.
6. Payable management.
7. Other work as may arise from time-to-time.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills with ability to understand and address customers' needs.
2. Ability to handle customers and pressure situations.
3. Knowledge of Tally software and MS Excel is required.
