Job Description:
SpeEdLabs is looking for a smart, responsible, and well-spoken Office Boy to support daily operations at our Powai coaching centre. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, familiar with basic computer operations, especially MS Office, and able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the centre (classrooms, office area, pantry, washrooms).
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist the front office with photocopying, scanning, printing, and basic admin tasks.
Handle courier, document filing, and inter-departmental errands.
Set up classrooms and manage seating arrangements before and after sessions.
Monitor and restock office supplies when required.
Support staff in creating and updating basic Excel/Word files.
Communicate politely and clearly in English with students, parents, and visitors when needed.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is a must.
Basic English speaking and understanding skills required.
Prior experience in a coaching institute or office environment preferred.
Should be punctual, honest, and presentable.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
