We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Office Assistant to be the heartbeat of our daily operations and ensure our team has the support they need to succeed.

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of our office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and the go-to person for internal teams regarding office logistics. Your primary goal is to create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth operations by handling clerical tasks, inventory management, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and post, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing company calendars.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by management.

Office Management:

  • Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders to replenish stock before it runs out.
  • Facility Maintenance: Liaise with building management and vendors for repairs, cleaning services, or equipment maintenance
  • Visitor Experience: Greet clients, candidates, and guests with a warm, professional demeanor, offering refreshments and directing them to the correct meeting areas.

Team Support:

  • Assist in planning office events, team lunches, or off-site activities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome kits and setting up workstations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to support the operations and HR teams as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software (e.g., Slack, Zoom, project management tools).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attitude: A proactive "can-do" attitude and a friendly, professional personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
