Location: Mathikere, Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the office premises Make sure that the office is opened on time Keep the offices clean and tidy by sweeping/mopping/dusting the premises Water and maintain the plants in the office premises Serve tea/coffee/refreshments to the employees daily and for guests when needed Keep the pantry area clean - wash utensils and timely disposal of waste Keep pantry items in stock by purchasing groceries and items on time, and maintain the pantry area Monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office Monitor the levels of office supplies and handle any shortages that arise promptly Record proper bills and send them by email Deal with queries or requests from the visitors and employees Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and assist in basic set-up of Spintly devices Take initiative and end-to-end responsibility for all tasks Pick up and drop off guests and employees when the need arises Handle stay and travel arrangements for employees/guests Pack and unpack goods for delivery for operations and support teams Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels Assist in keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, deliveries, and transport costs Assist in communications and arrangements with vendors Assist in handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and engagement activities Monitor and handle company assets and coordinate to ship assets to employees in different locations Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Cooperate with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office Helping in execution of any supporting tasks as the need arises Requirements: Preferably 12th pass Fluency in Kannada is a must A 2 wheeler license is a must Candidate should live around Bangalore area Well versed with administration Good communications skill and attitude to work Flexible to work under different situation and shifts when the need arises About Us: Spintly is India's fast and upcoming technology company in the Access Management and Security Industry.
