Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks, including document management, filing, and basic coordination
  • Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and data organization
  • Handling office equipments such as Printers, Scanners etc.
  • Handling Filing systems of records, e-mail, correspondence etc.
  • Support front-office operations, such as preparing documents or coordinating basic logistics
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office systems and assist with routine process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, formatting, and basic data handling)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Good written communication and documentation skills
  • Preferred educational background in commerce (B.Com or equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
