Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant / Office Boy / Peon to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing support to staff and ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as serving tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, and document delivery between departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including pantry and washroom areas.
  • Assist in handling courier packages, inward/outward mail, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support staff with basic office errands and small administrative work.
  • Ensure all office equipment and supplies are well maintained and available when needed.
  • Any other work assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
  • Prior experience as an Office Assistant / Peon / Office Boy preferred.
  • Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of office etiquette.
  • Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: KURSI ROAD, UMRA TIRAHA, INDUSTRIAL AREA

Salary: As per company norms / Negotiable based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
