OFFICE ASSISTANT MALE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Male Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks during our early morning shift. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing duties efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the office premises by 5:00 AM daily
• Handle filing, photocopying, and documentation
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier
• Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and tidiness
• Serve refreshments and manage pantry supplies
• Support office staff in routine clerical tasks
• Handle errands and assist with basic logistical needs
• Ensure all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functional
• Loading and Unloading
• Requirements:
• Male candidate, aged 19-45
• Must be able to report to work at 5:00 AM daily
• Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Physically fit and well-mannered
• Basic communication skills in Malayalam
• Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision
• Physically active
• Driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
