Job Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Courier Handling:
• Manage local deliveries and pickups of company documents and materials.
• Track courier consignments and maintain proper logs.
• Liaise with courier partners for dispatch and follow-up.
• Packing & Material Handling:
• Pack goods and equipment as per company standards.
• Handle fragile and sensitive items carefully.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of packages.
• Purchase Assistance:
• Visit local vendors for purchases as directed.
• Collect materials, ensure billing, and submit receipts.
• Assist in stock and material movement between departments/sites.
• General Office Support:
• Help with basic filing, photocopying, and document movement.
• Provide physical support to teams during office setups or shifting.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid two-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred).
• Familiar with Chennai city routes.
• Ability to handle cash and submit expense reports.
• Basic communication in Tamil and English.
