About the Role
Dance Team by Vickky is looking for an organised and responsible Office Assistant to help with daily office work, WhatsApp communication, data entry, and coordination with clients and our choreography team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage WhatsApp groups and share class schedules, updates, and reminders.
Respond to client enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate practice schedules with clients and choreographers.
Maintain client details, attendance records, and office data.
Enter and update information in Excel, Google Sheets, and our company portal.
Follow up on pending information and assigned tasks.
Assist with daily administrative work and document management.

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, email, and the internet.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Able to manage schedules and follow up on tasks.
Punctual, organised, and willing to learn.
Freshers with the required skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
