Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant cum Telecaller to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration and telecalling, along with strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support staff
  • Follow up with clients and provide required information

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
