Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant cum Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting day-to-day office administration, supporting the accounts department, and ensuring smooth workflow across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle frond office activities
  • greet and welcome visitors, clients and employees in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accounts-related documents (invoices, vouchers, ledgers, purchase & sales entries, etc.).
  • Support monthly payroll preparation and maintain attendance/leave records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payments and documentation.
  • Manage petty cash and expense records.
  • Prepare basic reports and assist auditors during audit periods.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks (stationery, office supplies, scheduling, etc.).

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
