Job Description

As an Admin and Front Office Executive, your role will involve managing front-desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. You should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to appropriate departments. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. - Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and maintain security protocols. - Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry. - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. - Coordinate courier services, mail deliveries, and dispatches. - Support HR and management with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments. - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as required. - Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. - Ensure maintenance of office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs. - Support new employee onboarding by preparing workstations and necessary documentation. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
