Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner. Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical. Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping. Support other staff with administrative tasks and projects as needed. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
