Key Responsibilities: - Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for open positions. - Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers. - Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. - Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the recruitment process. - Update and maintain accurate candidate information in the recruitment database. - Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documentation, and maintaining recruitment records. - Stay informed about the latest trends in recruitment and share insights with the team. - Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates. - Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure the smooth execution of the hiring process. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Good organizational and time management skills.
