About the job: We're looking for someone who can visually translate the feeling of being Off The Grid through reels, videos, and illustrations. This is not just a design role; we're looking for someone who feels the story behind every reel, every post someone who gets why illustration and mood matter in nature. Key responsibilities: 1. Create reels and short videos for Instagram that feel raw, warm, and alive. 2. Design illustrations, posters, and graphics that align with our brand aesthetic. 3. Collaborate with the design & community team to plan content calendars. 4. Bring creative concepts to life using a mix of illustration, motion, and sound. Requirements: 1. Love to create things that feel handmade, real, and intentional. 2. Understand how sound, tempo, and visuals come together to tell a story. 3. We are excited to design for a brand that's nature-led, community-based, and human. Tools to know: 1. For video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN, or InShot. 2. For Designing: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate.
