Off-Shore Customer Database Analyst

As an Off-Shore Customer Database Analyst, you will be expected to possess a clinical orientation with a preference for a background in Medical Technology. Your proficiency in medical terminology is essential, along with familiarity in major Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, and NextGen. Your required skills include exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access/SQL database, gained from a healthcare background. You should be able to effectively communicate within your peer group, multitask efficiently, and meet stringent customer deadlines. Providing project status updates as needed by leadership and swiftly learning systems for compendium mapping/build file purposes are crucial aspects of the role. It is mandatory to work US hours to facilitate team collaboration. Your tasks will involve creating test directories for RBU's/EBU's, triaging and preparing demand requests for team members, monitoring and updating managers on project statuses, mapping customers to codes, and generating ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors. Training for this role will be comprehensive, combining minimal documentation with extensive mentoring. Access to QLS and EBU's, Qted, eForm, and Clarity will be necessary, with an anticipated ramp-up time of 3+ months.
