Odoo Developer - Techno functional

This is a full-time onsite role for an Odoo Developer - Techno Functional at Centauri Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. located in Gr. Noida. We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo applications and modules, working closely with business analysts and other functional team members to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. You should have a strong understanding of Python programming, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL database to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and develop Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
• Analyze and improve existing Odoo ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective solutions to business needs.
• Perform Odoo ERP customization and configuration to meet project requirements.
• Integrate Odoo applications with other third-party systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with Odoo (OpenERP) framework and customization techniques.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification(s) is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or AngularJS.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Git version control system.
