Job Title: Tele Caller Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The duties of a Telemarketing Executive will involve making both outbound and inbound calls for lead generation, customer relationship building, and the promotion of products or services. You should have excellent communication skills with a positive approach toward the achievement of sales and customer service targets. Key Responsibilities: Make calls to prospective or current customers in order to notify them about certain products, services, or promotions. Receive incoming customer calls and resolve their queries or problems accordingly. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups. Keep detailed call and customer interaction records in the CRM system. Arrange appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Meet the daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Provide appropriate product/service information and professionally handle customer issues. Follow up leads, and keep conversion records. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the strategy of customer acquisition. Key Skills and Competencies: Verbal communication and interpersonal skills: excellent. Ability to listen well and persuasively. Basic level of computer and CRM software. Fluency in English and/or regional languages (as required). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Time management and organizational skills. Self-driven and goal-oriented attitude. Educational Qualification: Minimum: High school diploma / 12th pass. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tele calling , telesales, customer service, or any related field; freshers may also apply. Work Environment: Office-based or remote (depending on the company policy). Standard working hours; may be required to work weekends and shifts.
