OD Groups is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic real estate team. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into site visits and closures Visit prospective customers and promote ongoing residential & plotting projects Handle telephonic and walk-in inquiries efficiently Develop marketing strategies and execute on-field promotional activities Coordinate with clients from inquiry to booking Report daily activities to the team leader/manager Requirements: Must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license Good communication and negotiation skills Field sales interest and willingness to travel locally Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate Experience in real estate or field sales will be an added advantage
