Job Summary: The Service & Billing Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, generating bills, handling payments, and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant/store. This position combines service, cash handling, and billing responsibilities Customer Service & Table OperationsGreet customers and guide them to their seats. Present menu and explain items/offers when needed. Take accurate orders and update them in POS. Serve food and beverages politely and promptly. Ensure tables are clean, arranged, and well-maintained. Coordinate with kitchen for order preparation and delivery. Address customer queries and complaints professionally. Cashier & Billing ResponsibilitiesGenerate customer bills using POS/billing software. Collect payments (Cash, UPI, Card, Wallet). Issue receipts and return balance accurately. Maintain a clean and organized billing counter. Ensure prices, discounts, and taxes are correctly applied. Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain records. Report any discrepancies to the manager immediately. Skills & Qualifications: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred). Basic computer knowledge and POS handling. Good communication and customer-service skills. Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask (service + billing). Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality is a plus.
