Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals across all age groups to help them achieve independence and improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Therapeutic Interventions:
• Implement evidence-based therapies to enhance clients’ daily living skills and functional independence.
• Provide sensory integration, fine motor skills training, and assistive device recommendations.
• Goal Setting and Progress Monitoring:
• Establish achievable goals in collaboration with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
• Collaboration and Education:
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and educators.
• Educate clients and families on strategies for continued development and integration into daily life.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Stay updated on best practices and new developments in occupational therapy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Certification: Valid occupational therapy license or certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
