Occupational Therapist

At Monika’s Speech Clinic, we are committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team and help improve the quality of life for our clients through therapeutic interventions and customized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Provide therapy sessions focused on improving daily living and functional skills
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and caregivers to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support therapy at home
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Valid license/registration as an Occupational Therapist (as per local/state regulations)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in pediatric, adult, or geriatric care is a plus (tailor based on your clinic’s focus)
• Freshers with strong internship experience are welcome to apply
