Job Description

Assess patients' physical, mental, developmental, and emotional conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Use therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks. Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients in its use. Evaluate and document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on managing daily activities and coping strategies. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports. Stay current with best practices, new techniques, and continuing education in occupational therapy.
