Our mission is simple: not just to design, but to define and build the extraordinary. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive . The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated through Google Ads, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Core responsibilities include engaging with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, understanding client requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and collaborate with the design team to deliver seamless client experiences while consistently achieving monthly revenue targets. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Account Management (preferably in design, creative, or IT services industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (phone, video, and written). Ability to handle inbound leads and convert them into paying clients. Experience in client relationship management and follow-ups until closure. Understanding of digital services (UI/UX, branding, web design, SaaS, or creative projects) is a strong plus. Comfortable working remotely with strong self-motivation and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
