The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to generate daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. This role involves coordinating with dealers from order placement to delivery, arranging meetings for collaboration, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dealer Coordination: - Coordinate with dealers on order placement, tracking, and delivery. - Ensure timely communication and resolution of any issues related to orders. - Build strong relationships with dealers. 2. MIS Reporting: - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Present reports to the logistics team and management. 3. Meeting Arrangements: - Arrange meetings between dealers, sales administration, and other stakeholders for collaborative purposes. - Coordinate agendas, schedules, and follow-ups. 4. Operational Efficiency: - Monitor the order-to-delivery process to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. - Identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement in the logistics process. 5. Communication: - Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders including dealers, sales administration, logistics team members, and management. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within logistics or supply chain management. Proven track record of coordinating with external partners or dealers. Skills: - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create complex reports. - Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Dynamic, hardworking, dedicated individual who can work under pressure.
