Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Specialist – Insurance & Mutual Funds . The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance and investment solutions . The role includes achieving sales targets, engaging with both new and existing clients, and ensuring seamless client onboarding and servicing. The position requires proactive sales management, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to explain financial products in a clear and client-friendly manner. Responsibilities Engage with existing clients to identify additional needs and cross-sell suitable products. Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.
