🚨 We’re Hiring: Fire & Safety Manager 🚨 We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fire & Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing fire prevention measures, and creating a safe workplace for all employees. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies and procedures. • Conduct regular fire and safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. • Ensure compliance with statutory fire and safety laws, codes, and standards. • Plan and conduct fire drills, evacuation procedures, and safety training sessions. • Monitor fire protection systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants, etc.). • Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with local fire authorities and ensure readiness for emergencies. • Promote a strong safety culture across the organization. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering or related field. • Minimum 7+years of experience in industrial fire and safety management. • In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, emergency response, and risk management. • Strong leadership, communication, and training skills. • Certifications in Fire & Safety (NFPA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) will be an added advantage. 📍 Location: Ambala 💼 Experience= 7+ 📩 Apply at: hrambala@oasisgrp.in
