WEALTH RM (MANAGER / AVP): The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to the prospective clients by generating leads through different channels, and then organizing the exploration meetings, wherein the candidate will be required to gain a deep understanding of the clients' financial objectives and risk behaviours, and creating strategic recommendations & tailor-made portfolios based on this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with clients and analyzing clients' data. Essentially, this role involves a combination of Sales and Advisory, and will also need in-depth study of Market forces to have meaningful conversations with the clients you are managing. Responsibilities: Creating Prospects list and reaching out to fix meeting. Understanding risk appetite of clients, and their financial objectives. Making meetings more enriching by bringing value and performing right home-work. Analyze clients' existing portfolio and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Present value-proposition and position the organisation accordingly as a channel for achieving objectives. REPEAT: Manage well: Earn respect and new references from clients, revenues for company & incentives for oneself! Qualifications: Min Graduation from a recognized university (Correspondence/ distance learning will NOT be considered). 2-6 years' of client relationship experience Ability to manage multiple clients & their transactions (financial txns). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Location: New Delhi (South) / Gurugram. CTC: Starting 4.8L - 20L p.a. FIXED {depending upon the experience} + Incentives /Bonus.
