Daily tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, helping students understand their career options, assisting with career management strategies, and developing personalized career plans. The role also involves coordinating with faculty members and organizing career-oriented events and workshops. Qualifications Experience in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management Skills in Student Counseling and Communication Strong interpersonal abilities and mentorship skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field is preferred Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
