As a Banking Coordinator you will be responsible for guiding clients through the home loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed accurately, and acting as a liaison between clients and Banks. You have to manage loan applications, communicate with borrowers, and ensure compliance with regulations Documentation and Processing: Gather and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy. Maintain accurate records of loan documentation and processes. Client Communication: Communicate with borrowers to address questions and resolve issues. Provide guidance and support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a reliable point of contact for borrowers. Liaison and Collaboration: Work with Banks to track loan progress and ensure timely processing. Act as a liaison between Banks and borrowers. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accuracy and completeness of loan data. Adhere to tight deadlines and follow-up as needed. Other Tasks: Monitor applicant files in computer systems and maintain complete data. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
