The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensure compliance with DOT regulations, and manage a team of dispatch staff effectively. The responsibilities include supervising dispatch schedules, optimizing routes, coordinating with drivers and customers, and ensuring that deliveries are executed efficiently and on time. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills for maintaining smooth operations and addressing customer needs promptly. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team effectively Experience with Dispatching and strong operational coordination capabilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge and understanding of DOT Regulations and compliance standards Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Becharaji Proficiency in using relevant software tools for dispatch operations Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
