The NXT GROUP is an international market expansion service provider and for our division NXT TRADE and its office in Bangalore we are looking for a passionate and sales-driven candidate who has solid experience in heavy industrial machine and spare-parts sales within the PAN India market. Position Title: Inside-Sale Representative Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience in Pre-Sale, ideally in the Food ingredients, nutrition, wholesales industries. Responsibilities: - Conduct lead generation by exploring through web research. - Identify the right contacts from the list of leads. - Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales. - Understand customers" needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. - Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services when they arise. - Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner when necessary. - Manage a large number of outbound calls efficiently. - Document all call information in the CRM according to the standard operating procedures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business. - Minimum of 3-5 years of pre-sales experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.,
