You are the SAP Solution Architect (ABAP) at Holcim, located in Airoli - Navi Mumbai (Hybrid) with a total experience of 8-12 years. You hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field along with a Certification in SAP ABAP, Fiori, or related technologies (good to have). Your role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust ABAP solutions to meet business requirements. Your key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of developers in ABAP, Fiori, UI5, and NW portal projects and Webdynpro. You collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you develop and maintain workflows to automate business processes and create and customize standard Fiori applications and UI5 user interfaces. You must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in ABAP development, with extensive experience in SAP workflows. A strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration is essential. Your problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues are crucial for this role. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, and team management abilities are also required. Other desired skills include proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools. You also need hands-on experience with Configuring the Fiori Catalogues and Tiles, Gateway Odata services, BADI/BAPI Implementation, DDIC, RICEF object, enhancements, User Exits, Screen Exits, object-oriented programming concepts, Sproxy, NW portal development, and seamless integration with other SAP modules. Utilizing ML and Python skills to develop innovative solutions, conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices, maintaining coding standards, troubleshooting technical issues, staying updated with the latest SAP technologies, and providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle are also part of your role. Additionally, experience in rollouts and system component upgrades is essential.,
