We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our pharma advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing compelling visual communication materials that meet the needs of pharmaceutical clients while adhering to regulatory and brand guidelines. You will work closely with medical writers, product managers, and creative directors to develop impactful designs that simplify complex medical content for doctors & patients.Key Responsibilities:Design a wide range of promotional and educational materials such as: Leave-behinds (LBLs), visual aids, brochures, e-detailers, emailers, banners, standees, packaging mockups, Paper Gimmick and more. Create digital assets for social media, websites, webinars, and medical campaigns. Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to understand product goals and transform medical content into clear, engaging visuals. Maintain consistency with brand identity, regulatory requirements (IP, MLR), and pharma communication standards. Prepare files for final print production and liaise with vendors as needed. Adapt master creative across different sizes and formats for multichannel campaigns. Keep updated with trends in pharma marketing and creative design tools. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising. Solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines. A strong portfolio demonstrating pharma/healthcare design work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of After Effects or XD/Figma is a plus.
