Your responsibilities will include promoting our comprehensive range of crop protection and nutrition products, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management. Knowledge of crop protection and nutrition products is essential. You should possess strategic thinking and market research skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a customer service orientation. The role requires the ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is required, while an MBA is considered a plus. Proven experience in the agricultural industry is preferred.
