Key Responsibilities:
Meet customer queries with professional nutrition advice, aligned with current health guidelines
Recommend health and nutrition supplements based on customer needs via chat, calls
Provide expert support
Create nutrition-focused content ideas, blogs, and educational resources
Maintain customer data logs, support metrics, and responses using Excel.
