Job Summary: The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective product penetration in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Promote and detail company products to Doctors, Specialists, and Healthcare Professionals through scientific and ethical communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists to drive prescription generation and secondary sales. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products. Conduct product presentations, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals. Ensure regular and effective doctor coverage plan (visits per month as per company strategy). Monitor and report competitor activities, new launches, and market trends. Manage distribution, stock availability, and sales at retail & wholesale points . Ensure timly receivables from distributor. Submit timely reports (daily call report, expense report, secondary sales data, etc.) to the supervisor/manager. Participate in training programs to stay updated with product knowledge, market dynamics, and sales skills. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy preferred. (Graduates in other streams with relevant experience may also apply.) Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can be considered if scientific and field knowledge; experienced candidates preferred). Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Scientific aptitude with the ability to learn product knowledge. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
