• Prioritization of work with the production manager. Testing of all models. Parameters to be checked depending upon the instructions given on the blue print. Solving escalation in the assembly line. Monitoring on the work performance of the team • Allocation of work to the team members i.e. Assembly team and Testing team depending upon work schedule. Trainings to be given to the team members for the pilot batch and new joinees. Keeping records of employees work Collaborating for production of the new product development.
• Raising the Purchase Order as per the requirement • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers. New Vendor empanelment, to understand and analyze which order to be given to which vendor depending upon Tat, quality of work. • Support and coordinate with the internal departments particularly with accounts with ease • Record all transactions and periodically conduct ageing analysis • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
