The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, manufacturing, installation, testing, and execution of electrical systems and panels for industrial projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to commissioning while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOQs using AutoCAD/EPLAN. Select and size equipment such as switchgear, transformers, breakers, and cables in accordance with IEC/IS standards. Oversee panel manufacturing processes including fabrication, assembly, wiring, QA/QC inspection, and factory acceptance testing (FAT). Plan, schedule, and execute industrial electrical projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools. Supervise site execution works including installation of panels, cabling, glanding, termination, earthing, and commissioning. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct testing and commissioning activities, prepare reports, and provide technical support to resolve issues. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, measurement sheets, test reports, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. Ensure adherence to quality standards, health & safety regulations, and statutory compliance at all times. Provide feedback, technical advice, and continuous improvement in design and execution processes. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial projects, and panel manufacturing. Proficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN and electrical design tools. Hands-on expertise in panel wiring, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of IEC/IS/IEEE standards, QA/QC, and safety regulations. Project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation abilities. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. Relevant experience in panel design, manufacturing, industrial project execution, and site supervision .
