Nursing Trainee

The Staff Nurse Trainee will assist in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior nursing staff. This role provides hands-on training and exposure to clinical procedures, patient management, and healthcare protocols, preparing the trainee for a full-time nursing career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing direct patient care under the guidance of registered staff nurses.
• Support doctors and nurses during medical examinations and procedures.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, intake/output, and general condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
• Learn and follow hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety.
• Assist in preparing patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and treatments.
• Provide basic nursing care including feeding, bathing, and mobility support.
• Accurately document nursing activities and patient updates.
• Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops for skill development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (or equivalent) – completed or in progress.
• Valid nursing registration (preferred if applicable).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to clinical environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.

Work Environment:

• Hospital/clinical setting with rotational shifts.
• Direct interaction with patients, families, doctors, and healthcare staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
