Nursing staff

Hi,

We are looking for nursing staff for a reputed hospital located in Navrangpura.

Key responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patient needs, develop and implement patient-specific care plans, and follow the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, which can include injections and other procedures like dressings and catheterization.
• Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients' health by observing vital signs and recognizing early signs of deterioration or complications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Patient and Family Education: Provide education to patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital recovery techniques.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Technical Skills: Perform various technical duties, which can include preparing surgical supplies, assisting with procedures, and operating medical equipment.
• Supervision: May supervise other staff, including new nurses, nursing students, and auxiliary staff.

Salary 12-20 depending upon qualifications and experience
