NURSING STAFF (NICU)

As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse, you will be responsible for providing round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants. Your duties will include caring for the basic needs of infants such as feeding and changing diapers, as well as performing medical procedures like inserting intravenous lines, conducting tests, and administering medications. You will work closely with NICU physicians to assist in medical procedures and treatments, while also utilizing and adjusting specialized medical equipment. In this role, you will be expected to formulate nursing plans and assess the effectiveness of treatments provided to the infants. Comforting both ill newborns and their anxious parents and family members will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will offer support to parents and family members by educating them on the at-home care of their newborns. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule involves rotational shifts, and there is a performance bonus offered.
