The role involves engaging doctors, generating leads, and ensuring high-quality homecare delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage doctor and hospital relationships for referrals Generate, evaluate, and convert homecare leads Oversee care planning and coordination with internal clinical teams Ensure service quality and manage escalations Track business KPIs and maintain CRM logs Share on-ground market insights for service improvement Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or referral management Clinical background with a degree in Nursing (B.Sc/GNM/M.Sc) Strong network of doctors in relevant specializations Field-ready and comfortable with intra-city travel Good understanding of clinical protocols and patient care standards
