Job Description:
We are looking for qualified and dedicated Nursing Faculty to join our esteemed nursing college in Hubbali. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing students in both theoretical and practical aspects of nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical training as per the guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
• Supervise clinical postings and evaluate student performance.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Guide students in research and project work.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• M.Sc Nursing or B.Sc Nursing with relevant teaching/clinical experience.
• Registration with the State Nursing Council (mandatory).
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Salary: As per industry norms and experience.
