Job Description

  • Bsc in Nursing with Min 7 Years of Experience or GNM with Min 10 Years of Experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day nursing operations across wards/departments.
  • Manage and lead nursing staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain nursing standards, infection control protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct training, mentoring, and continuous professional development of nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with doctors and hospital administration for smooth clinical functioning.
  • Monitor inventory and availability of medical supplies, equipment, and nursing resources.
  • Handle grievances and maintain a healthy work culture among nursing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
