Salary:* ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month*(Based on previous package & exp)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Review Nurse to join our US Healthcare BPO team. The ideal candidate must have strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills to review and assess medical cases, claims, and appeals.

Requirements

• B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic Nursing (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology & patient care
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation, complaints, and medical appeals.
• Evaluate cases using standard healthcare guidelines and protocols.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports accurately.
• Ensure quality and compliance in healthcare service delivery.
• Coordinate case reviews with senior clinical experts, if required.
• Support process improvements in clinical operations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
