The Nurse Assistant supports nurses and doctors in delivering basic patient care, ensuring patient comfort, hygiene, and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist nurses and doctors during medical procedures
Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and medical equipment
Help in transferring and positioning patients safely
Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies
Ensure patient confidentiality and compassionate care
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate or training as Nurse Assistant / Healthcare Assistant (preferred)
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene
Good communication and teamwork skills
Caring, patient, and responsible attitude
